CNC FULL AUTOMATIC HIGH SPEED GIASS CUTTING LINE
This line consists of three parts -full auto loading table, full auto glass cutting and auto glass breaking unit to realize the flow processes of glass loading, cutting and breaking.
High precision: the cutting head used in Germany imported special material processed by leading technology, servo precise control of 360 degree of freedom rotation, bidirectional free cutting, cutting optimization software, a full set of imported from Italy, the higher rate of accuracy, cutting optimization.
Faster speed: double drive cutting bridge made of magnesium alloy tensile structures forming, higher strength, light weight, stable motion, cutting acceleration moment more quickly, the speed can be increased to 200 m/min.
Better stability: the guide rail is directly inlaid in the steel groove which is milled out by the side plate; the helical rack 01 is processed by special process at high temperature, and it is difficult to deform at high temperature and low temperature. Ensure that the machine runs at full load under extreme ambient temperature.
